Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your new gear, but if the fit isn't right, we offer returns for store credit or refunds on full-priced items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all I.AM.GIA tags and hygiene stickers remain intact and undamaged.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided by the portal, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Credit

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will issue your refund or digital gift card via email within 5-7 business days.
